On September 5, 2019, Dr. Kamiel Gabriel, elected fellow of Canadian Academy of Engineering, former assistant deputy minister of research and science adviser, professor of Ontario Tech University visited Menergy’s Chinese Headquarters in Jishan, Nanjing to meet with Menergy and other companies. This was another face-to-face scientific communication after Menergy management team meeting with Dr. Gabriel in early August this year.

The Nanjing Unicorn and Gazelle enterprise White Paper was published at the launch ceremony of the Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week on June 13, 2019. Two subsidiaries of Menergy Group: Nanjing Menergy Equipment Co. Ltd. – an Intelligent Manufacturer and Jiangsu Menergy Corporation – Chinese R&D Centre were on the list of Nanjing Gazelle enterprises. This is another honour which Menergy achieved after Jiangsu Menergy Corporation was chosen to be on the list of Gazelle enterprises of Southern Jiangsu Independent Innovation Demonstration Park in October 2018.

Among the ten enterprises representing Canada, members of Jiangsu Commerce Council of Canada(JCCC) made up three. Industries involved in the Expo included energy, machine manufacturing, finance, education, transportation, restaurants, lumber, farm and animal products, sea products and health products.
